Job Responsibilities And Skills
- Design and oversee the operational framework that supports the creative department’s goals, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all accounts.
- Partner with creative leadership to allocate talent across teams, balancing workload, capacity, and skill alignment.
- Define, document, and continuously refine creative processes—from intake and briefing to review, revision, and delivery.
- Work hand-in-hand with project management, production, and account leadership to ensure creative teams are set up for success.
- Build systems and tools that empower creatives to focus more on ideas and craft, less on admin.
- Track department KPIs, resourcing metrics, and creative throughput; translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Foster a positive, organized, and collaborative creative environment—one where process serves the work, not the other way around.
- Collaborate with senior creative leadership on all assigned accounts to ensure alignment, resourcing, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a creative operations, production, or traffic leadership role—preferably within an advertising or communications agency.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows across design, copy, video, and digital.
- Strong experience with project management and resource allocation platforms (e.g., Workfront).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to partner with senior creative and account leadership to drive operational efficiency without stifling creativity.
- Comfortable managing both big-picture systems and day-to-day details.
