Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly versatile and execution-driven Creative Lead to own and elevate all visual storytelling for a premium personal health and wellness appliance and its founder brand.This role blends creative direction with direct, hands-on execution, spanning graphic design, photography, videography, and editing. The ideal candidate has a strong creative point of view, excellent production skills, and the ability to translate complex, trust-sensitive health concepts into compelling, credible visual content.Reporting directly to the CMO, the Creative Lead will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive, premium creative standard across all touchpoints—while producing the assets that power DTC growth, social engagement, and founder-led education.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Ownership & Brand ExpressionOwn the visual identity and creative execution for the health & wellness appliance and founder brand.
Translate brand strategy, positioning, and tone into cohesive creative systems across all channels.
Maintain consistency, quality, and differentiation across product, education, and founder-led storytelling.

Graphic Design & Visual SystemsLead graphic design across:
eCommerce websites and landing pages
Paid media creative
Email and lifecycle marketing
Social media assets
Product packaging, inserts, and educational materials
Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines.

Content Production (Photo, Video & Editing)Concept, produce, and edit high-quality content, including:
Product demonstrations and explainers
Lifestyle and studio photography
Short-form and long-form video
Founder-led educational and narrative content
Handle hands-on photography and videography, including filming, lighting, and basic production setup.
Edit and deliver platform-ready content using industry-standard tools.

Founder Brand & Thought Leadership CreativeCollaborate with the founder and CMO to visually express:
Thought leadership
Education and credibility
Authentic storytelling
Ensure founder-led content feels premium, human, and aligned with the appliance mission.

Health & Wellness Storytelling & TrustTranslate scientific or technical product benefits into clear, visually compelling, and compliant creative.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and credibility in all visual content.
Balance emotional storytelling with factual integrity.

Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:
DTC Marketing on conversion-focused creative
Social Media on platform-native execution
Media Buying on performance creative testing
Support product launches and key brand moments with cohesive creative assets.

Creative Operations & LeadershipSet creative standards, workflows, and production processes.
Manage freelancers or external creators as needed.
Ensure timely delivery of creative across multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in creative, design, or content production roles.
Proven experience supporting premium consumer brands, ideally appliances, health, wellness, or medical-adjacent products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Graphic design excellence
Photography and videography
Video editing and storytelling
Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing software).
Strong visual taste, storytelling instincts, and attention to detail.
Comfortable operating in fast-growth, founder-led environments.

Preferred ExperienceExperience producing content for high-AOV or luxury products.
Experience working directly with a public-facing founder or executive.
Familiarity with health & wellness compliance considerations (FDA, FTC, claims sensitivity).

Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid media.
