We design the operational structure on which these companies run, utilizing workflows, execution systems, and a creative infrastructure that connects everything.
We are hiring a creative director to design the creative system within this larger operating model.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Operations to align creative with execution.
Currently, strategy moves faster than execution.
Creative processes become a bottleneck due to the absence of a unified system.
You are being hired to build the creative engine that provides clarity, speed, and structure across all our activities for 10X and the companies we support.
TThis role focuses on building systems rather than functioning as an agency-style creative position.
You will design how creativity moves through the entire business
CEO → Strategy → Narrative → Content → Market → Feedback
Your work will become one of the core operating systems for 10X.
You will inherit an active, multidisciplinary execution team across creative, marketing, tech, and operations.
Your job is to add structure, clarity, and cohesion to how these functions work.
You'll have the ability to rebuild workflows, introduce new processes, and define the operating standards the team follows.
Your initial directive is to integrate these functions and then construct the innovative infrastructure necessary for them to function as a single, cohesive system.
- Creative infrastructure: templates, standards, workflows
