Thrivin is building the next global gymwear brand.

We’re not looking for a corporate “executive creative director.”


We’re looking for someone who lives inside the work.


Someone who understands brand, aesthetics, storytelling, and performance, and wants to shape a brand that will reach tens of millions of people every month.


You will work directly with the founders to dial in the Thrivin brand and ensure that everything we release feels intentional, sharp, and unmistakably Thrivin.


This role touches everything that represents the brand.


What You'll Do

You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the creative direction across the entire brand.

This includes:


Brand & Campaigns

  • Help develop and execute campaign concepts
  • Translate brand strategy into clear creative direction
  • Ensure consistency across all brand outputs


Photoshoots & Visual Direction

  • Direct brand shoots (poses, compositions, shot lists)
  • Guide the visual tone and editing style
  • Ensure images reflect the Thrivin aesthetic


Website & UX

  • Work with designers to translate the brand vision into the website experience
  • Guide layouts, visuals, and storytelling across product pages and landing pages


Email & Marketing Creative

  • Craft strong email headlines and visual direction
  • Ensure emails align with campaign messaging and brand voice


Ad Creative Alignment

  • Ensure advertising creatives stay on brand
  • Collaborate with performance teams to refine visuals that both convert and build brand equity


Brand Guardianship

  • Review creative output from the team
  • Maintain visual consistency across social, ads, website, and content


Who You Are

You are a builder, not a spectator.

You enjoy being in the details of the work, not just presenting strategy decks.


You likely have experience in:

  • Fashion
  • Fitness
  • Lifestyle brands
  • DTC brands


You have a strong eye for:

  • Aesthetics
  • Photography
  • Campaign storytelling
  • Visual identity


And you are excited about building a brand that will be seen by millions.
