About Woowind

Woowind is a fast-growing consumer tech brand redefining portable air solutions. From smart tyre inflators to all-in-one roadside tools, we create products that combine performance, simplicity and premium design.

As we scale across the UK and Europe, content and creator-led storytelling are becoming a core growth lever for the brand.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Content Designer to produce high-performing creative across organic, paid and creator-led channels.

This is an execution role. The CMO and CDO define the strategy, goals and KPIs. You translate that direction into concepts, assets, creative systems and a consistent publishing rhythm across key digital channels.

You will work side by side with our Creator Partnerships & Community Manager. Together, you will build the monthly communication plan and content publishing calendar across digital channels.

The Creator Partnerships & Community Manager owns creator sourcing, relationships, rights, permissions, community building and collaboration pipeline.

You own creative concepting, production, editing, repurposing, adaptation and performance-led iteration.

You will also work closely with Content Production to scale output, brief external contributors and maintain fast, high-quality execution.

What You’ll Own

Creative production across key formats

  • Produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid social.
  • Create product demos, problem/solution videos, UGC-style edits, hook-led ads, trend-based formats and reactive content.
  • Produce static and motion assets for social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, launches and ecommerce channels.
  • Build multiple creative variations for testing: hooks, angles, intros, lengths, aspect ratios and CTAs.

Communication plan and content publishing calendar

  • Co-create the monthly communication plan with the Creator Partnerships & Community Manager.
  • Maintain the content publishing calendar across key digital channels in line with launches, offers, seasonal moments and campaign priorities.
  • Translate product priorities and commercial campaigns into clear content needs and asset plans.

Creator and external content enablement

  • Turn creator briefs and raw creator footage into strong, native content assets.
  • Provide creative direction, examples and guardrails for UGC creators and external contributors together with the Creator Partnerships & Community Manager and Content Production.
  • Help maximise the value of creator content by repurposing and adapting it for multiple channels and formats when rights permit.

AI-first creation and workflow efficiency

  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, storyboarding, voiceovers, translations, localisation, first-pass edits, versioning and production support.
  • Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve speed, consistency and output quality.
  • Continuously improve workflows, templates and production systems so the team can create more without lowering the creative bar.

Creative systems and content operations

  • Build and maintain modular creative templates, content frameworks and a well-organised asset library.
  • Keep naming, versioning and handoff processes clean so content can move quickly between teams.
  • Create repeatable formats that can scale across channels, campaigns and markets.

Performance and iteration

  • Work from briefs, performance data and market feedback to improve content over time.
  • Identify what should be repeated, refreshed, localised, stopped or scaled.
  • Collaborate with Paid/Media and ecommerce teams to make sure content supports conversion, not just awareness.

Product and campaign understanding

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, category, use cases, objections and customer pain points.
  • Stay close to the commercial calendar so content supports the company’s real priorities.
  • Keep a strong big-picture view so your creative decisions support broader business goals.

How You Work

  • AI is a force multiplier, not a gimmick.
  • Great creative starts with understanding the product and the campaign objective.
  • You create for the channel, not against it.
  • You move fast, but with structure.
  • You are a strong collaborator, not a silo.
  • You care about output, learning and business impact.

What You Will NOT Do

  • Own creator sourcing, negotiation, contracts or payments; that sits with the Creator Partnerships & Community Manager, with admin/ops support.
  • Define top-level marketing strategy, goals or KPIs.
  • Run paid media campaigns directly.
  • Own every production logistic alone or source all UGC creators yourself.
  • Spend time on repetitive admin work that can be systemised or automated.

Who You AreMust have

  • Proven experience creating high-performing content for ecommerce, DTC or fast-moving consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio across short-form video, paid social creatives, static design and motion content.
  • Strong graphic design foundation with good taste, clean layouts, typography and brand consistency.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut / Final Cut, and Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta and Google ad creative formats, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Experience working with creator-led content, UGC-style content or external contributors.
  • Strong execution mindset: you can move from idea to output quickly and consistently.
  • Comfortable working closely with a Creator Partnerships & Community Manager, Content Production team and marketing leadership.
  • Able to understand product, campaigns and business priorities, not just make content that looks good.
  • Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar, plus AI image/video, voiceover and editing tools to improve productivity and output.
  • Fluent English.

Bonus

  • Experience in consumer tech, automotive, mobility, cycling or outdoor categories.
  • Experience building AI-assisted or no-code automations for repetitive creative workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier or similar.
  • Experience with AI avatars, synthetic presenters, localisation and multilingual adaptation.
  • DE, FR or ES language skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-quality monthly content shipped consistently across key formats and channels.
  • A communication plan and publishing calendar that clearly supports launches, campaigns and evergreen growth.
  • Creative output that improves performance, not just aesthetics.
  • Faster, smarter production through strong systems, templates and AI-supported workflows.
  • Strong synergy with the Creator Partnerships & Community Manager: better briefs, cleaner handoffs, better use of creator content and faster iteration.
  • Clear contribution to content performance, reusable asset production and business growth.
  • Stronger watch time, hook retention and creative efficiency across channels over time.

Why Join Woowind

  • High-ownership creative role inside a fast-growing international brand.
  • Direct exposure to brand, growth, ecommerce and creator strategy.
  • Opportunity to build a modern AI-first creative operation, not just execute tasks.
  • Work closely with a Creator Partnerships & Community Manager in a role designed for collaboration, not silos.
  • Real scope to shape how Woowind looks, sounds and scales.
