Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the development of the company’s offline sales business in the local market. This role will be responsible for driving market expansion, establishing and managing distributor and partner networks, and building a high-performing local team to support long-term business growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and expansion of the offline sales network in the assigned market.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee channel development, sales operations, and regional business planning.
  • Maintain close engagement with key partners through regular communication and market visits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and provide timely insights to internal teams.
  • Build, manage, and develop the local sales team.



Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of offline sales experience in consumer electronics, tools, home appliances, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in market development, distributor/channel management, and business expansion.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset, execution capability, and results orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Well-established local business network is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

  • Experience in building sales networks from the ground up in overseas markets.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Capable of independently identifying new opportunities and driving market penetration.
