Country Managers – Recruiting Solutions

We’re looking for Country Managers to launch, grow, and lead Workfully’s presence in key new markets.
This role is ideal for a top-tier recruiter with a hybrid career path:
- Started as a freelancer or agency founder,
- Spent time in-house building or scaling talent functions,
- Now holds a powerful local network of candidates, clients, and People leaders.
Your biggest asset is your reputation. You are known, trusted, and influential in your market. When you reach out, people respond.
As Country Manager, you will own market expansion, client acquisition, delivery success, and recruiter activation in your geography.
For candidates with an existing client portfolio, Workfully may consider buying out or incorporating your book of business into the platform.
Market Launch & Growth
- Launch Workfully in your market and establish it as the leading tech platform for external hiring
- Leverage your network to win the first wave of recurring client accounts
- Build local presence through events, meetups, and community engagement
Client Acquisition & Success
- Identify, pitch, and onboard companies with multi-role or multi-country hiring needs
- Own client relationships, delivery success, renewals, and upsells
- Ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes
Recruiter Activation & Delivery
- Activate top recruiters from your network onto the platform
- Match the right recruiters to each brief using Workfully’s model
- Ensure delivery accountability and performance against client expectations
Brand & Community Leadership
- Represent Workfully locally as the face of the platform
- Grow a strong People & Talent community in your market
- Drive visibility through relationships, thought leadership, and presence
Commercial Ownership
- Own revenue growth and market performance
- Track pipeline, activity, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with central teams on strategy and expansion
- A recognized recruiter in your city — well-networked, trusted, and respected
- 7–15+ years in recruitment across both agency/freelance and in-house roles
- Strong network of HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and commercially driven
- Fluent in the local language and English
