Country Manager (Precision Diagnostics) – UK
📍 Field-based in UK | 25–40% domestic travel + periodic EU/global meetings
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the launch and growth of an innovative IVD Oncology diagnostics portfolio in UK. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the national business strategy and execution.
As the senior in-country representative, you will drive adoption, reimbursement progress, and sustainable revenue growth, while building trusted partnerships across hospitals, laboratories, payers, and key opinion leaders.
What you’ll do
- Lead the local launch and expansion strategy, delivering clear adoption and reimbursement milestones
- Own and execute the national business plan, ensuring long-term commercial success
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across healthcare authorities, payers, clinical networks, labs, and hospital systems
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs/Medical Director to enable collaborations and local evidence generation
- Work with Market Access on HTA processes, tenders, payer engagement, and access strategy
- Build, develop, and lead the local team and partner ecosystem (e.g. MSLs, distributors, consultants)
- Manage budgets, governance, and compliance in line with company standards
What you bring
- 9+ years’ experience in biotech, diagnostics, or pharma, including local leadership responsibility
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven success launching and scaling healthcare or diagnostics solutions
- Deep understanding of the German healthcare and reimbursement landscape
- Strong matrix leadership, negotiation skills, and a high-integrity operating style
