About INIU:

INIU is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand specializing in high-quality mobile charging accessories. With a strong presence on global e-commerce platforms, we are now expanding our offline retail footprint in the U.S. market. We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead our U.S. offline retail channel development, focusing on warehouse-style retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club) and telecom operators.


Key Responsibilities:

A.Market Expansion & Sales Target Achievement

1.Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies and distribution plans aligned with company goals.

2.Build and maintain a robust offline distribution and retail network in the U.S.

3.Lead key account bids, product selection, and contract negotiations with large offline retailers.

4.Understand and work within customer OGSM frameworks to identify entry points, meet client needs, and secure effective sell-in and sell-out performance.


B.Channel Management

1.Take full ownership of product portfolio management, promotion execution, and volume-price control across target channels.

2.Customize retail strategies for different offline retail formats and enable online-offline synergy.


C.Cross-Functional Coordination

1.Collaborate with planning, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure healthy sell-through, optimized inventory levels (DOS), and high-quality service to both key accounts and end consumers.

2.Maintain strong client relationships and conduct market needs assessments.


D.Competitive Analysis

1.Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and channel tactics within the target market.

2.Provide insights and propose agile strategy adjustments to ensure competitive edge.


Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience in mobile phone or mobile accessories retail industry.

2.Proven knowledge in key account development, offline market expansion, and project-based operations.

3.Existing high-level resources in major retail chains (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club) and telecom operators preferred.

4.Strong passion for products and value-based selling mindset.
