Founded in 2017, ClimaPri is part of WCOM-Group, a Finnish family-owned industrial group with an annual turnover of approximately €25 million. The group includes Finland’s largest privately owned HVAC wholesale company as well as engineering and building services design operations.
Our integrated platform combines heating control, water metering, energy monitoring, and indoor condition tracking into one system. This enables property owners to reduce energy consumption by up to 20–25%, optimize heating distribution, and improve overall building performance.
Lead our Growth in Sweden
Sweden is our most advanced international market. We have already built strong initial traction through industry events, customer interest, and concrete opportunities.
We are now establishing ClimaPri AB and are looking for the person who will turn this momentum into a real business.
This is not a passive management role; it is a hands-on commercial leadership position where you will first drive sales and then build and lead the organization.
The Role
Phase 1: You sell (first 12 months)
- Build a strong sales pipeline and win customers
- Act as ClimaPri’s face in the Swedish market
- Meet property owners, present solutions, and close deals
- Identify and establish partnerships with installers, HVAC consultants, and resellers
- Start building the foundation for a local team
Phase 2: You lead (year 2+)
- Lead and grow ClimaPri’s Swedish organization
- Build and manage the sales team
- Define and execute market strategy
- Take full operational responsibility for ClimaPri AB
What we are looking for
Must Have
- Proven B2B sales experience in energy, HVAC, building technology, water tech, or proptech
- Strong network within the Swedish property and energy sector
- Ability to work independently and drive business forward
- Strong collaboration skills with an international team
- Native Swedish and professional English
Strong Advantage
- Experience in building a business from an early stage
- Experience in recruiting and leading a sales team
- Knowledge of the Swedish property management landscape
- Understanding of building energy systems, district heating, or metering solutions

- Base salary: 50,000–70,000 SEK/month (depending on experience)
- Mileage compensation for travel
