We are looking for a hands-on, highly commercial Country Manager to launch, build and scale our operations.

This is not a corporate "country overseer" role.

This is a 0→1 market builder role with full commercial ownership: revenue, team, P&L and local execution.

You will be responsible for building the Portuguese market from the ground up: defining go-to-market strategy, hiring and leading a local sales team (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs), and owning performance end-to-end.

You will operate as the local CEO of the market.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Market Launch & GTM

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Adapt positioning, pricing and messaging to the local market
  • Identify early adopters and strategic accounts
  • Build initial traction personally (yes, you'll sell yourself at the beginning)

Revenue Ownership

  • Full responsibility for revenue targets
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Sales process design and optimisation
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics

Team Building

  • Hire, train and lead with the help of Human Resources:
    • SDRs
    • BDRs
    • CSMs
  • Develop Team Leaders as the team scales
  • Build a high-performance commercial culture

P&L & Operations

  • Own local P&L
  • Budget management and resource allocation
  • Define unit economics and margin targets
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ (marketing, product, finance)

Requirements

  • Extremely commercial and results-driven
  • Comfortable selling yourself before building a team
  • Analytical and financially literate (you understand P&L)
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast growth
  • Fluent/Native Portuguese + fluent English

You have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in SaaS / digital products / tech Sales
  • Experience launching or scaling a market or business unit
  • Built and managed sales teams (SDRs + Closers + CSMs)
  • Owned revenue targets (ideally with P&L responsibility)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in start-up scale-up environment
  • Network in the real estate agencies market
