Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid – 1 Day In-Office / 4 Days Remote | Uptown Dallas)

Compensation: Up to $70,000 base salary + quarterly spot bonus

Position Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing professional services organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support continued expansion across corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations.


This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, build-mode environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes. The Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in executing full-cycle recruiting while helping establish scalable, repeatable recruiting processes as the organization grows.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with meaningful exposure to leadership and long-term growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview workflows
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support candidate evaluations

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders
  • Provide insight on talent market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Engage passive candidates to support near-term and future hiring needs

Process Improvement & Scaling

  • Assist in refining recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Track key recruiting metrics including pipeline activity and time-to-fill
  • Support the development of scalable recruiting infrastructure

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow-up
  • Support employer branding initiatives as needed


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, in-house, or professional services preferred)
  • Experience recruiting for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience supporting a growing or scaling organization strongly preferred

  • Hybrid schedule: Mostly remote with 1 required in-office day per week
