Role Description

A Corporate Finance Manager oversees the financial strategy and performance of the organization, focusing on long-term financial planning, capital management, and investment decisions. This role ensures effective financial governance and supports strategic business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute corporate finance strategies to support business objectives
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Manage capital structure, funding, and investment activities
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including liquidity and credit risks
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and manage finance team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or investment management
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, or capital markets
  • Experience in multinational corporations or large-scale projects
