Role Responsibilities
- Build and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives.
- Conduct valuation analyses for investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence across financial, operational, and strategic areas.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations and strategic memos for leadership.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, including DCF and three-statement models.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
- Strong experience conducting due diligence for transactions or investments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
