The Corporate Communications Specialist will support global communications initiatives by helping identify, develop, and share company stories with internal and external audiences. This role will contribute to content creation, media outreach, newsroom management, and communications program coordination. The position requires strong writing ability, organization, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support communications strategies and protect the company’s brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft news announcements, customer stories, and thought leadership content for the company newsroom.
• Co-manage the editorial calendar, content review, and publishing process using tools such as Airtable and WordPress.
• Support media relations activities including building media lists, pitching stories, and coordinating spokesperson interviews.
• Track media coverage and analyze newsroom content performance to improve visibility and engagement.
• Maintain corporate communication materials and support communications initiatives, events, and strategic projects

• Experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations
• Strong content writing and editorial skills
• Experience supporting media relations or media outreach activities
• Experience coordinating communication projects or campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Communications roles
• Experience supporting communications programs in corporate or technology environments preferred
• Agency experience or media relations support experience is a plus
