THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp copywriter to join our ContentIQ team and support our Content Lead with ghostwriting and content operations for our clients. You'll write LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought leadership content that sounds like real people, not marketing fluff, and help keep our content delivery organized across multiple accounts.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing, editing, coordinating, and iterating, often across multiple client accounts at the same time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ghost-write LinkedIn posts, articles, and long-form content for ContentIQ clients, capturing each client's voice accurately
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing cadences across multiple accounts
- Conduct intake interviews or review briefing notes to extract client perspectives and turn them into polished content
- Collaborate with the Content Lead on content strategy, creative direction, and client feedback loops
- Build and maintain voice guides, tone references, and content SOPs for each client
- Work comfortably within established content systems, style guides, and AI-assisted workflows — and build new ones when they don’t yet exist
- Support admin tasks as client work demands — scheduling, task tracking in ClickUp, organizing content assets in Notion, and whatever else the role requires. This is a real part of the job
- Help refine and QA content before it goes to clients, catching anything off-brand or off-brief
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of copywriting or content writing experience, ideally ghostwriting for executives or brands in B2B
- Strong LinkedIn content chops, you understand what performs on the platform and why
- Ability to write in multiple voices and make content sound genuinely human, not templated
- Comfortable interviewing or briefing clients to extract insights and turn them into compelling narratives
- Detail-oriented with a low tolerance for vague, fluffy, or filler-heavy writing
- Organized and reliable with async work, able to juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
- Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as a research and drafting layer — using them to accelerate ideation and first drafts while maintaining voice accuracy and quality control on every output. AI fluency is not a bonus; it is how we work
- Research instinct: you know how to find and use live, current information to inform content — you don’t rely on assumptions or outdated knowledge
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or similar content ops setups
