About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic Copy Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing clear, compelling, and compliant content across various healthcare platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, particularly in HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing. You will be responsible for crafting engaging brand messages, overseeing brand documentation, and collaborating closely with creative and client teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your work will influence healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers, making your contribution vital to our mission of producing industry-moving work. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, precision, and strategic insight, with a focus on delivering high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of copywriting experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency
  • Proven experience writing copy for HCP marketing materials
  • Experience with product launches and campaign development
  • Strong command of the English language and exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client contacts and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the Med-Leg-Reg environment and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, digital platforms, and healthcare marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with disease states, HCP and patient mindsets, and related nuances
  • Ability to quickly grasp client marketing objectives and adapt tone accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute ideas during conceptual exercises

Responsibilities

  • Consistently produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct written content tailored to various audiences and platforms
  • Oversee and maintain brand documents and communication materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative solutions that meet brand needs
  • Provide tactical insights and solutions to client challenges
  • Engage actively in internal team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments to ensure all content complies with industry standards
  • Contribute ideas during conceptual exercises for both existing brands and new business pitches
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and disease-specific information
  • Develop a deep clinical understanding of relevant brand literature and competitive messaging
  • Foster understanding of HCP and patient perspectives to inform content development
