We’re seeking an experienced Copywriter to join our team. Reporting to the Editor, this remote role collaborates closely with Product Marketing Managers, Designers, SEO Specialists, the Director of Content, and cross‑functional partners to create helpful, SEO‑friendly content that motivates audiences to take action. You will research topics, draft and refine copy, navigate the editorial review process, and deliver publish‑ready content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, ads, videos, and other digital channels. This role also involves proactively managing a steady pipeline of content initiatives and occasionally contributing to adjacent projects as business needs evolve.

About The Role

The Copywriter at Veracity plays a vital role in shaping our content strategy and delivering compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences. You will be responsible for developing a variety of content formats, including web pages, blog articles, email campaigns, advertisements, video scripts, e‑books, case studies, customer spotlights, and calls to action. Your work will directly influence our brand voice, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and marketing goals.

The role demands a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt writing styles for diverse audiences and channels. You will utilize AI‑assisted tools to enhance research and drafting processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality. Additionally, you will conduct research using analytics platforms such as GA4, Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs to inform content decisions and measure performance. Managing multiple priorities within two-week sprints and ensuring timely delivery of content is essential. You will also handle publishing tasks, coordinate creative assets, and contribute to external content initiatives. Participation in team meetings, content planning, and strategy sessions is expected to foster continuous improvement and innovation in our content marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years’ experience in copywriting, with a focus on SEO or content marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, human-centric writing and SEO proficiency
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and research tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
  • Experience with content/marketing funnels and performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Coordinate with creative teams to acquire assets such as images, graphics, and infographics
  • Develop content for external publications and guest posting opportunities
  • Participate in content strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team initiatives
  • Support backlinking and content distribution efforts through outreach activities
  • Stay current on industry trends, SEO best practices, and product updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals
