Copy Editor (Remote)
Day Rate - £200-230 per Day
We’re working with a global entertainment company who are looking for an experienced Copy Editor to support their internal tech team.
The Role
You’ll be editing and shaping HR, operations, and tech support content, helping to keep content clear, consistent, and easy to use, while supporting CMS workflows, localisation, and ongoing content improvements.
You’ll also partner with content, product, and external teams to help migrate and improve content across the company’s internal knowledge platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing and proofreading internal HR, operations, and tech content
- Supporting publishing and localisation workflows (Contentful)
- Helping authors stick to voice, tone, and style guidelines
- Editing documentation for internally built tools
- Supporting content audits, migrations, and updates
What They’re Looking For
- Solid copy-editing experience in a large or complex organisation
- Experience editing support, educational, or technical content
- Strong knowledge of AP Style or similar
- Comfortable working in a CMS (Contentful a plus)
- Organised, collaborative, and confident giving feedback
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with analytics tools like Tableau
- Another language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a bonus, but not essential
