We're looking for a Purchasing and Partnership Management Coordinator to join our team. Your main goal will be to optimize our purchasing processes and strengthen our alliances with strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative operations related to acquisitions, ensuring their efficiency.
- Implement procurement methodologies that drive effectiveness and transparency.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with a wide range of local and regional suppliers.
- Identify and explore new opportunities with international vendors and subcontractors.
- Establish and consolidate mutually beneficial commercial agreements with our partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best value for the company.
- Validate the technical suitability of suppliers, ensuring they meet specific project standards.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new collaborators, including contract formalization, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and service deliverable management.
- Transform relationships with our suppliers into long-term strategic collaborations.
Profile:
