We're looking for a Purchasing and Partnership Management Coordinator to join our team. Your main goal will be to optimize our purchasing processes and strengthen our alliances with strategic partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative operations related to acquisitions, ensuring their efficiency.
  • Implement procurement methodologies that drive effectiveness and transparency.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with a wide range of local and regional suppliers.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities with international vendors and subcontractors.
  • Establish and consolidate mutually beneficial commercial agreements with our partners.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best value for the company.
  • Validate the technical suitability of suppliers, ensuring they meet specific project standards.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new collaborators, including contract formalization, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and service deliverable management.
  • Transform relationships with our suppliers into long-term strategic collaborations.

Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in similar roles, with in-depth knowledge of procurement cycles.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic focus on supplier management.
