Company Description

BPW is a fully remote CRO Agency that helps Shopify brands increase their Revenue with a complete, end-to-end conversion rate optimization process, backed by data.

From deep research and strategy, to content structure and rewriting, (re)design, A/B testing, creating hypotheses and custom development — our work is built to perform and bring results based on data, not guesses.

We're team of efficient, experienced, and reliable professionals who deliver high-quality work without the clutter of unnecessary meetings. Our team culture is built on trust, responsibility, efficiency, and mutual respect.

→ Character comes 1st

That means we look for people who are genuinely kind, proactive, and collaborative. Everyone here is committed to giving their absolute best, managing their own time effectively, meeting deadlines without reminders or exceptions, and being there when needed.

We practice clear, concise, and on-time efficient communication (on Slack), without waiting hours for a response. We also organize very well around time-zone differences, so that won't be an issue.

Role Description

This is a project-by-project-based role, meaning, once you officially enter our team-base, you will continuously be given CRO projects that ideally fit your skills (one-time projects or monthly retainers).

We’re looking for a CRO Expert with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization for Shopify brands. Someone who lives and breathes data analysis, user behavior, A/B testing, and data-backed decision-making.

This role requires someone who can own and manage the full CRO cycle:

  • Audit Shopify stores and identify friction points in the customer journey;
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data (Shopify analytics, heatmaps, GA);
  • Develop and prioritize hypotheses;
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests using platforms like IntelliGems and Shoplift;
  • Analyze the results and confidently recommend implementation paths;
  • Collaborate closely with your manager and the rest of the team to execute changes;
  • Monitor results post-launch and keep optimizing in an ongoing cycle;

You’ll also be responsible for creating reports, organizing all findings in Notion, and presenting actionable insights to the project manager and occasionally to the client.

This is a high-responsibility role where you're expected to lead the CRO thinking (alongside your manager) for each brand you work on. You must be self-managed, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with the other team members.

You’ll work alongside a team of:

  • Copywriter
  • Web Designer
  • Web Developer
  • and Graphic Designer
