Accountabilities
- Review, negotiate, and manage buy-side and sell-side contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and order forms.
- Own the full business procurement contract lifecycle, from incoming requests to finalized agreements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to streamline deal cycles and improve contract workflows.
- Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and other knowledge management materials.
- Track and report department metrics to inform business and operational decisions.
- Drive process improvements, including automation and AI-based enhancements, and create process documentation.
- Support additional legal and compliance tasks in a small, dynamic team environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a contracts manager, with at least 3 years in-house at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Direct experience managing, negotiating, and administering contracts.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations technology, including AI tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other business systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume, competing demands.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to resolve open matters efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to implement tools and processes that enhance legal operations.
- Experience in high-growth companies.
- Project management experience implementing legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, security tools, project management platforms).
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
