Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, an international pharmaceutical industry association, we are seeking a contract reviewer to provide long-term external support for internal contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, comment on, and approve standard contractual agreements in a timely and consistent manner.
- Review Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs), with particular focus on scope definition, service deliverables, data rights, and ownership of work products.
- Support the drafting and review of contracts related to meeting organisation, publications, data assessments, and market research activities.
- Collaborate closely with the paralegal function to ensure efficient contract processing and alignment on standard clauses and templates.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of Swiss contract law.
- Fluent business English (written and spoken).
- Experience with standard commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data rights, and ownership of work product provisions.
