We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a dedicated client engagement within the medical imaging space. This role is fully remote and will focus on executing high-quality recruiting while building strong, long-term candidate relationships.
This position starts with a focus on recruiting execution, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership and scope as performance is demonstrated.
In this role, you will:
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified medical imaging professionals
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of pre-qualified candidates
- Partner closely with leadership to meet client hiring needs
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience
A core part of this role is relationship building. We view recruiting not as transactional, but as supporting professionals throughout their careers, across both contract and full-time opportunities.

- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to align candidates to the right opportunities
- Proven experience placing both contract (1099) and full-time roles is strongly preferred
- Background in healthcare recruiting is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (beneficial)
