Purpose: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and taking lead on the full-cycle recruitment process and implementation of recruitment strategy and innovation. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers on trends, interview coordination, and updates on their progress. Flexible schedule; hours may vary


Reporting: Recruiting Manager


Key Position Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle corporate recruiting and talent assessment.
  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates from the diverse talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods and tools, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards, networks, and forums.
  • Thinks “out of the box” and develops creative sourcing solutions for challenging-to-fill positions.
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers.
  • Regularly connect with hiring manager to identify current staff needs, interview schedules and availability, and effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Provides on-going status updates on the progress of filling assigned job openings; communicates issues and concerns related to the recruitment process which could impact our time to fill and efficiency of the process.
  • Communicate company value proposition, strategy and culture to engage passive talent in our job postings, through social media, and during interviews.
  • Deliver an impressive candidate experience across all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in various platforms, in addition to reporting and tracking metrics.
  • Proven track record of success as measured against job requirements/goals.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with external agencies and vendors, local schools, colleges and other employment organizations.
  • Responsible for completing references checks and creating offer letters, maintaining applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsivities as assigned.


REQURIED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Experience with recruiting methodologies, such as: passive sourcing/recruitment strategy, behavioral interviewing, networking, and Boolean searches.
