- Manage a daily high-volume contract request queue, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Redline and review customer agreements for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly contract activity reports
- Coordinate contract approvals with Sales, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders
- Track contract status, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely deal progression
- Maintain complete, organized, and accurate contract documentation
- Respond to internal inquiries related to contracts and contract status
- Support continuous improvement of contract processes and workflows
Education & Background
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Equivalent professional experience in contracts, legal operations, or sales operations will be considered
- 2+ years of experience in contract preparation, contract management, sales operations, or a related administrative/commercial role
- Prior experience redlining agreements, reviewing contract terms, or working directly with customer contracts strongly preferred
- Experience managing a high-volume workflow or queue in a fast-paced environment
- Project-management exposure (task tracking, follow-up, stakeholder coordination) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word (track changes, version control, formatting)
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools (contract management systems, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, document repositories)
- Comfortable working with workflow tools, reporting dashboards, and contract databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control
- Highly dependable with consistent follow-through and deadline management
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Legal, Product, and Operations teams
