I was the fastest-growing new LinkedIn account in the world. I grew from 3,000 to more than 430,000 followers in under 2 years.
Now I’m hiring two Content Strategists to work with me to help leaders of category defining tech companies like Lightspeed, ZoomInfo and Cerebras build their brands. Competitive compensation.

In this role, you’ll become an expert in one of the most coveted skills in the next 5 years: personal branding. You’ll learn how to engineer virality and how to build category defining brands.
Background
B2B social is the next frontier of marketing. Most companies still treat LinkedIn like a corporate noticeboard, but that is changing. The upside for early movers is enormous, demand is exploding, and I have more inbound than I can handle.
In this role, you’ll become a personal branding expert. You’ll learn how I write, how I think about design, how I engineer virality, and how I approach building category defining brands.
If you want to become exceptional and I mean truly world-class at Content Marketing (on LinkedIn and beyond), this role is a fast track.
Pace + Mindset
I work a lot. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out role - it’s for someone who wants to become exceptional. You should get as excited about a client’s viral post as you would your own (I do). When something underperforms, it should bother you enough that you can’t help but figure out why, and make the next one better. That said, I care about my team a lot, and will make sure you have what you need in your personal life to perform professionally.
Availability
- Depends on your location. I live in California and we need to have some overlap each day because you’ll need to shadow me. However, I am flexible - we just need to find a way of collaborating so that I can teach you how to be excellent at this. What matters is that you learn and we serve our clients.
- Suggested hours (UK): 11am–8pm UK time
- Suggested hours (US EST): 10am–7pm US EST
- Suggested hours (US PST): 9am-6pm US PST
- You’ll occasionally need to join calls with California-based executives (later ET / PT overlap)
Compensation
- Range depending on experience and location.
- Performance-based bonuses will be offered.
What I’m Looking For
- Proven social media growth experience - you’ve grown a brand before (ideally LinkedIn but others platforms are fine) and can show results (your account or a client’s).
- Native-level English, ideally based in the UK, Canada, or the US.
- Hungry + humble - high standards, low ego, obsessive about improving.
- Strong writing and editing instincts: you can make ideas clearer, sharper, and more compelling.
- You want to become world-class at LinkedIn content, and later apply that skill to other platforms.
The Role
You’ll work directly with me on:
- Client content (CEOs/founders/leadership teams - often B2B and AI)
- My content (strategy + drafting + iteration)
You’ll join me on calls with leaders of billion-dollar companies and fast-growing startups, and you’ll help create content that performs.
Responsibilities
- Ideation - come up with ideas for LinkedIn posts
- Writing - draft and refine LinkedIn posts (hooks, structure, clarity, tone, CTA)
- Creating clarity - turn raw inputs (notes, calls, voice notes, messy bullets) into clean drafts in the client’s voice
- Track results and build feedback loops (what worked / what didn’t / why)
- Work with our designer - and handle basic manual touch-ups when needed
- Simple design - Create/simple-edit assets in Canva and/or Figma when needed (not expert-level, but comfortable learning)
- Driving content to the finish line - chasing the client and getting content to the finish line.
Bonus points
- Comfortable learning Instagram content, especially carousels (you’ll help with my carousel strategy)
