This role is a hands-on production position responsible for building and operating a full podcast and video content engine from end to end. You will shape how thought leadership content is created, produced, and distributed, supporting a growing brand focused on education and engagement. Working closely with executive leadership and marketing teams, you will translate strategic ideas into compelling long-form and short-form media. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and requires strong ownership of both creative and technical execution. You will act as the central production lead—managing workflows, equipment, editing, publishing, and repurposing content at scale. The role is ideal for a highly self-directed producer who thrives in building structured systems and delivering consistent, high-quality media output. - Leading end-to-end production of podcast and video content, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing
- Translating brand and marketing strategy into episode concepts, show formats, and structured storytelling frameworks
- Developing scalable production workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinating pre-production activities such as guest scheduling, run-of-show planning, and logistics management
- Operating and maintaining production equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, and livestream tools
- Editing long-form and short-form content using professional tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Producing livestreams, webinars, and virtual events using platforms like Zoom, StreamYard, OBS, or Riverside
- Managing post-production including sound design, captions, graphics, and final media preparation
- Publishing and optimizing content across YouTube, podcast platforms, and digital channels
- Creating a repurposing engine to transform long-form content into short-form assets (clips, reels, teasers, audiograms)
- Tracking performance metrics and using insights to refine content strategy and engagement
You bring strong hands-on experience in podcast, video, or multimedia production, ideally in a studio, agency, or corporate environment. You are equally comfortable with creative storytelling and technical production execution, with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail. Key qualifications include:
- 4-6+ years of experience in podcast, video, or multimedia production
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end production work (video, podcast, or digital media content)
- Strong experience with production equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, and livestream tools
- Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with YouTube and podcast distribution platforms
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience engagement, and content structure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe Suite)
- Experience with livestream or webinar production is highly valued
- Nice-to-haves: YouTube growth experience, motion graphics skills, coaching on-camera talent, familiarity with tools like Descript or CapCut
