Content Creator Intern: Visual Design, AI Workflows & B2B Content Support
Remote | Part-time | 20+ hours per week | 6 months minimum | Unpaid internship
Project 54 is looking for a Content Creator Intern with a strong eye for visual design.
This is an unpaid internship. It is best suited to someone who wants practical experience, portfolio-ready work, and exposure to AI-first content workflows inside a B2B growth agency.
The main skill we are looking for is visual judgement.
You should be able to look at content and improve how it works visually: layout, hierarchy, spacing, clarity, structure, and overall presentation. You do not need to already be an expert article writer. We will train you in B2B article writing, SEO, AEO, GEO, and how to optimise content for AI search and retrieval.
What matters most is that you can think clearly, improve ideas, and create content that is more useful for the audience.
About Project 54
Project 54 is an AI-first B2B growth partner focused on sales-led marketing, digital visibility, lead generation, automation, and measurable commercial outcomes.
We work with complex B2B organisations, with a strong focus on the energy sector. Our content is not created to fill a calendar. It is created to build trust, explain complex ideas clearly, and support commercial outcomes.
What you will do
- Create visual content for LinkedIn, websites, blogs, and client projects
- Design Canva assets, carousels, social posts, article visuals, and content layouts
- Support AI-assisted video and creative workflows
- Help turn complex B2B ideas into clear visual content
- Suggest ways to make our content more useful, clearer, and more valuable to the audience
- Support article planning, article layouts, and content repurposing
- Learn how Project 54 creates content for SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI optimisation
- Work remotely and manage tasks with a high level of ownership
Tools you may use
Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, RunwayML, HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs
(You do not need experience with every tool. We care more about design sense, judgement, curiosity, and willingness to learn.)
What we are looking for
- Strong visual design sense
- Good understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and clarity
- Ability to make complex ideas easier to understand
- Good written English
- Interest in AI-assisted content creation
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Willingness to receive feedback and improve work quickly
- Ability to explain your creative decisions
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- Commitment for at least 6 months
- Chinese language ability is beneficial, but not required.
How we use AI
We use AI as part of our content workflow, but we do not use AI as a substitute for thinking.
You will be encouraged to use AI for ideas, research support, drafting, visual concepts, and workflow improvement. You will also be expected to review, edit, question, and improve AI outputs.
We are looking for someone who can collaborate with AI, not someone who simply delegates the work to AI and submits the result without judgement.
What you will gain
- Practical experience creating real content for a B2B growth agency
- Exposure to modern AI content workflows and creative tools
- Training in B2B content, SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-optimised content
- Portfolio-ready visual content and article-support assets
- Experience working in a remote, AI-first team
- A clearer understanding of how content supports trust, visibility, and revenue in B2B markets
