Content Creator Intern (Remote, Part-Time)
20+ hours/week | 6 months | Remote | Unpaid
Project 54 is a marketing and sales agency that builds sales-led, proof-first growth systems for complex B2B organisations, with a strong focus on the energy sector.
We do not create generic content.
We create buyer-relevant assets that build authority, reduce skepticism, and move prospects into qualified sales conversations.
This internship is for someone who wants real ownership, not supervision theatre.
What you will do
- Work directly on projectfifty4.com and selected client properties
- Create core insight assets that can be repurposed across Social, Email, Search, and Website pages
- Write proof-first content: every claim must be supported by mechanism, numbers, or an approved case reference
- Turn sales objections and proof gaps into content priorities and new assets
- Produce enablement and procurement-ready materials that reduce buying friction
- Operate a brief → draft → review → approval → publish → archive workflow that other interns can repeat
- Demo progress weekly to maintain velocity and clarity
Depending on the final stack, tools may include:
- Google Docs / Drive / Sheets (briefs, drafts, calendars, library)
- Google Chat (review and approvals)
- WordPress (publishing)
- Canva and Figma (layouts, carousels, one-pagers, supporting assets)
- Buffer (scheduling support and handoff packs for Social publishing)
- GA4 and Search Console (basic performance signals and baselines)
- Midjourney, Gemini, VEO, Flow, Kling, Deep Think, Nano Banana, NotebookLM, Opal, Suno
Prior experience with these tools is preferred but not required if your fundamentals are strong.
What we expect from you
- Strong written English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- B2B thinking: you can write for decision-makers, not consumer audiences
- Comfort working independently without micromanagement
- Ability to take high-level objectives and plan execution
- Proof discipline and low tolerance for vague claims
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- Minimum duration of 6 months
We work with a high-trust, high-ownership model.
You will receive guidance and feedback, but you are expected to manage your own work.
Why this internship is different
- You ship work that goes live
- You learn how sales-led content functions inside a real revenue system
- You build portfolio-ready assets and a repeatable content operating system
- You learn proof-first writing, repurposing, and enablement content that Sales can use
This internship is unpaid
