🧟 About Survive the Z:

We’re an alternative leisure events company that creates immersive survival games in urban spaces. Our goal is to offer people a different way to experience their city and each event is carefully designed with actors, challenges and a strong story-line so participants don’t just play a game, they get the feeling of being in a movie.

We’re an early-stage, founder-led project, currently growing our visibility and community in the Netherlands.

What you’ll do:

As our Content & Social Media Assistant, you will help bring the Survive the Z brand to life across social platforms and digital channels. You will be hands-on in creating, publishing, and experimenting with content that grows our reach and converts attention into participants. You will:

  • Create and publish short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
  • Film, edit, and appear in UGC-style videos.
  • Adapt trends, sounds, and formats to fit the Survive the Z brand.
  • Support community engagement (likes, comments, replies).
  • Help test and brainstorm new content ideas and formats.
  • Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and learn what works.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on content direction and growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interest in content creation and social media.
  • Comfortable being on camera and creating UGC-style content.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video culture.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting.
  • Able to work independently with light guidance.
  • Based in the Netherlands.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.

What we offer:

  • A real, creative project with live events and real audiences.
  • High flexibility and autonomy
  • A visible portfolio project you can actively shape.
  • Public credit for your work.
  • Access to Survive the Z events.
  • A stable collaboration if the project grows.
  • Compensation: €300/month for ~4–6 hours per week

(Scope and compensation can grow as the project grows).
