🧟 About Survive the Z:
We’re an alternative leisure events company that creates immersive survival games in urban spaces. Our goal is to offer people a different way to experience their city and each event is carefully designed with actors, challenges and a strong story-line so participants don’t just play a game, they get the feeling of being in a movie.
We’re an early-stage, founder-led project, currently growing our visibility and community in the Netherlands.
What you’ll do:
As our Content & Social Media Assistant, you will help bring the Survive the Z brand to life across social platforms and digital channels. You will be hands-on in creating, publishing, and experimenting with content that grows our reach and converts attention into participants. You will:
- Create and publish short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
- Film, edit, and appear in UGC-style videos.
- Adapt trends, sounds, and formats to fit the Survive the Z brand.
- Support community engagement (likes, comments, replies).
- Help test and brainstorm new content ideas and formats.
- Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and learn what works.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on content direction and growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in content creation and social media.
- Comfortable being on camera and creating UGC-style content.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video culture.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting.
- Able to work independently with light guidance.
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English.
- Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
