- Acquisition and support of customers in B2C, B2B, channels, and cooperation partners
- Execution/support of home test kits for blood diagnostics
- Optional consultation based on the customer’s laboratory results (red and yellow markers)

How we support you
- How we conduct acquisition activities in compliance with the law is taught to you within the first 30 days after contract start, as each trusted partner faces different challenges in their business and we have developed individual solutions for these (customers, capacity, remote support, travel, etc.).
- If some aspects of your daily routine are unfamiliar or you lack experience in certain areas, you have access to over 80 of our coaches, mentors, and trainers who can support you at any time. In addition, we have a collaboration platform where all experience sharing is available as videos.
- If you need information, certificates, or studies to build trust, you have access via the back office to our file library in 25+ languages with documents, certificates, studies, and more.
- If you plan to relocate to Europe, we also assist you with the necessary documents to obtain an EU/CH visa.
