We have partnered with an industry-leading data center developer to find a Construction Scheduler to support a multi-year project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather schedule data and track progress.
- Monitor critical paths, identify schedule risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Integrate procurement and contractor schedules into the master schedule.
- Provide weekly and monthly schedule reports to VDC leadership and project stakeholders.
- Support change order evaluations and analyze impact on project timelines.
- Attend regular on-site meetings with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and schedule reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and CPM scheduling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with field and office teams.
