Role Description
The selected candidate will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, managing daily project operations, coordinating teams, setting goals, budgeting efficiently, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. This role requires proactive collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
- Strong Project Coordination and Project Management abilities
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management in construction projects
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry regulations and construction safety standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
