Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating day-to-day project activities across active construction sites
- Maintain and update project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
- Track project schedules and flag potential delays or resource issues to the lead PM for timely resolution
- Support procurement activities, including obtaining vendor quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking material deliveries
- Attend site visits, progress meetings, and owner/contractor/architect (OAC) meetings and prepare accurate notes and action items
- Maintain organised digital and physical project files in compliance with company standards
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice review, and cost reporting under PM supervision
- Help prepare project status reports, presentations, and closeout documentation
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental compliance records are kept up to date
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or project support role (internships and co-op placements count)
