Position: First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers

Role Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the activities of construction trades and extraction workers across multiple projects.
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and work schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Monitor work progress and enforce safety protocols while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and resolve work issues while recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members through reports and updates.
- Oversee the allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Track performance metrics and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong years of experience as a First-Line Supervisor in construction trades or extraction work.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team coordination.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with project management tools and remote collaboration platforms.
