The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives with a primary focus on compliance data and company register data projects.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Company Register Data Projects
- Lead and deliver projects centered on compliance data, regulatory reporting, and company register data management.
- Manage initiatives involving:
- Corporate registry and legal entity data
- Beneficial ownership and shareholder structures
- Statutory and regulatory reporting datasets
- Data validation, reconciliation, and audit readiness
- Data governance and data quality controls
- Lead projects end-to-end using classical (Waterfall) and hybrid methodologies with clearly defined lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project baselines including:
- Detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Gantt charts
- Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
- Functional and data specification documentation
- Apply formal project control techniques including baseline management and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Conduct rigorous “Plan vs. Actual” performance tracking.
- Implement strict change control processes for scope, timeline, or budget adjustments.
- Identify and actively manage compliance risks, data dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and third-party vendors in regulated project environments.
- Maintain high-quality documentation to ensure auditability and governance compliance.
- Establish structured governance frameworks for compliance and data-related initiatives.
- Ensure complete documentation of decisions, requirements, controls, and approvals.
- Maintain central repositories (wikis, structured documentation platforms) for compliance traceability.
- Standardize workflows using checklists, task boards, dashboards, and process diagrams.
- Drive continuous improvement in data governance and operational control processes.
- Own resource planning and staff allocation for assigned projects.
- Define required roles, skills, and effort estimates during project planning.
- Develop and maintain a resource plan aligned with timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with HR managers to secure appropriate staffing.
- Ensure alignment between resource allocation, budget, and project priorities
- Strategic understanding of major AI model types and their business implications.
- Ability to evaluate fine-tuning vs. RAG trade-offs from a cost, risk, and scalability perspective.
- Strong awareness of hallucination risk, grounding requirements, and data dependency as core governance concerns.
- Understanding of inference cost, latency, and context limits as drivers of product viability.
- Ability to assess automation vs. agent-based architectures and associated risk profiles.
- Familiarity with benchmarks and vendor evaluation criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading compliance data and company register data projects in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of classical PM frameworks
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident use of enterprise documentation and collaboration platforms
- Strong process visualization skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and regulatory impact.
- Highly structured, disciplined, and compliance-oriented mindset.
