Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, a leading company in the intermodal transport and logistics sector, we are looking for a (Senior) Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses of existing compliance frameworks, policies, and guidelines to identify weaknesses, regulatory gaps, and areas for improvement
- Design, draft, and implement modern, state-of-the-art compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulations and industry best practices
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior stakeholders and business units, providing practical and solution-oriented advice on compliance and regulatory matters
- Support the business in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment between operational processes and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, controls, and governance structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and decision-making
Experience & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian, German and English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 5 years of PQE
- Completed compliance and/or data privacy certification
