Help shape the community women have been waiting for.

Women worry a lot.

In fact, 72% say they’ve had an emotional or physical concern troubling them in the past week—yet fewer than 29% felt they could be fully honest about it.

Why?

Because we’ve been taught to hide what hurts.

Because safe spaces - free from judgment, shame, or stigma - are still too rare.

At Womanship, we’re changing that.

We’re building a digital village where women can talk about what really matters—from burnout and perimenopause to identity, grief, and career shifts. It’s a place where verified professionals and real women come together to share, heal, and thrive.

✨ Our mission? To help women Share more and Worry less.

And now, we need your expertise to help bring that mission to life—on the inside.

🎯 New Lead Role: Circle.so Community Strategist & Platform Guide

📍 Remote | 💻 Volunteer (4–6 hours/week) | 💛 Start: ASAP | 🕰 6-month minimum commitment

Womanship has recently launched its community platform via Circle.so—our first real step into building the digital village women have been waiting for. Without any formal promotion, over 150 women have already joined, and we’re learning so much from every interaction.

Now, we’re ready to take things further. We’re looking for a strategic lead with deep Circle.so knowledge to guide our small volunteer team, help set the platform up for long-term success, and work closely with our founder to shape the overall community experience and growth.

This is more than just moderation.

It’s about strategy, structure, flow, and intention—and nurturing something truly meaningful, from the inside out.

💡 You’ll play a key role in:Platform

Structure & Strategy

  • Lead on shaping how Circle is set up: navigation, tagging, access levels, paywalls, and UX. Guide best practices and set standards.

Team Training & Guidance

  • Help onboard and train volunteers to use the platform effectively, ensuring everything we do aligns with our purpose and pillars.

Founder Collaboration

  • Work directly with our founder to develop platform strategy, identify gaps and opportunities, and evolve our digital village in real-time.

Community Growth & Support

  • Co-create onboarding flows, improve engagement, track member journeys, and ensure every woman feels seen and supported.

Campaign Activation

  • Support platform-based campaigns like Empathy Circles and Worry Less Lunches, helping create momentum and deeper connection.

You are…

  • Highly experienced with how to work with Circle.so (and can share concrete examples)

  • Strategic, yet warm—someone who thinks in journeys and systems and in human connection

  • Comfortable leading others, guiding decisions, and helping a growing team use the tech well

  • Passionate about women’s wellness, safe spaces, and online community

  • Proactive, empathetic, organised, and fluent in English

🌟 Extra sparkle if you also…

  • Have lived or professional experience in coaching, therapy, women’s health, or peer support

  • Enjoy playing with creative content, Canva, or light video editing

  • Love finding small details that make a space feel safer, softer, and more welcoming

💛 Why Now? Why You?

You won't be stepping into a team with all the answers.

You’ll be helping build the map—at the heart of a startup that truly believes in its mission.

You’ll help shape the kind of digital village that women wish existed—and now finally does.
