Accountabilities
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies covering external PR, media relations, thought leadership, and internal engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to secure high-impact coverage.
- Support executive thought leadership programs for senior leaders, including CEO and CPO, across media, podcasts, events, and public engagements.
- Manage corporate content across website, blog, social media, and awards submissions to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and communications performance, identifying opportunities for proactive storytelling and newsjacking.
- Draft and edit press materials, briefing documents, messaging frameworks, and pitch content for external and internal use.
- Lead internal communications initiatives to drive employee engagement, including announcements, internal platforms, and cultural programs.
- Collaborate closely with People and leadership teams to support organizational initiatives such as culture programs, surveys, and change communications.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications, ideally in-house or agency-side.
- Strong understanding of corporate communications strategy, including PR, media relations, and owned content channels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring communications performance and optimizing content impact.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience working with senior executives and handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance content creation workflows.
- Strong interest or familiarity with fintech, AI, or crypto-driven ecosystems.
