Required Skills & Experience


● 5–10 years of experience in graphic design or presentation design, preferably in a fast-paced agency, in-house creative, or brand team environment. ● A strong portfolio showcasing polished presentation design, as well as examples of production-ready work across various media formats. ● Advanced skills in presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) and design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch). ● Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills. ● Able to flex between creative polish and scaled production work. ● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to quality-check your own files. ● Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple workstreams with shifting priorities. ● Comfortable learning new tools or workflows as needed. ● Proficient in professional English, with clear communication skills. ● Must have their own capable design hardware setup.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


● Experience crafting executive-level presentation materials or working directly with senior leadership. ● Familiarity with brand systems, internal branding tools, or guideline documentation. ● Background in gaming, entertainment, or creative tech environments. ● Willingness to occasionally work on-call and/or over weekends.


Job Description


A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE PST Communications Designer. This person will support both the Brand Experience and Creative Services Production teams, scaling up to support high-priority executive presentation work and contributing to day-to-day brand and production tasks as needed. This role requires a strong foundation in design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate fast-paced production environments. The contractor will assist with executive-level presentation design, internal brand development, and creative production tasks, scaling flexibly based on team priorities and peak demand periods. In this role, you will ● Collaborate with a Sr. Manager and Presentation Designer to refine, polish, and prepare high-stakes executive presentation materials (ex: for company-wide meetings, leadership offsites). ● Step in during peak volume periods to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of presentation work, often under tight deadlines. ● Assist with production design work related to brand initiatives, such as the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and internal brand materials. ● Support the Creative Services team with high-volume design production, especially in areas such as marketing asset adaptation, localization, and file prep. ● Independently own and execute design and production tasks, resolving artwork and layout issues, and ensuring accuracy and quality across final deliverables. ● Translate creative direction into production-ready files in various formats (presentation, digital, print) in alignment with brand standards. ● Work across tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms like Google Slides and Google Docs ● Follow file organization and naming conventions, deliver on time, and maintain high attention to detail and QC best practices. ● Flex across priorities as needed, working independently or collaboratively within both the Brand and Creative Services ecosystems. ● Follows best practices in file organization, naming, and quality control.
