What You’ll Do
- Architect and evolve a multi-tenant PAM platform serving multiple regulated operators
- Own the product strategy across wallet, KYC/AML, bonus, CRM, and RG tooling — with a focus on extensibility, compliance, and cost-to-serve
- Lead vendor strategy: evaluate, negotiate, and integrate third-party providers (PSPs, KYC, RG, CRM, etc.)
- Partner with commercial, compliance, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with business goals
- Support regulatory readiness and certification cycles (UKGC, MGA, GLI, etc.)
- Define KPIs for platform performance, integration velocity, and commercial impact
- Deep experience in iGaming platform product leadership, ideally in a B2B or multi-brand environment
- Extensive network across the PAM ecosystem — you know the regulators, vendors, pricing models, and competitor architectures
- Proven track record with wallet systems, KYC/AML, RG tooling, and bonus orchestration
- Commercially astute — you understand how platform decisions affect operator margins, compliance exposure, and scalability
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing complex vendor landscapes
- Available for contract, consulting, or permanent engagement
- Shape the future of a multi-market, multi-brand iGaming platform
- Work with a high-calibre team of product, tech, and regulatory experts
- Flexible engagement model — contract or permanent, remote-first, timezone-aligned
