Our Media Rights & Live Production (MRLP) business helps rights holders navigate today's fast-changing media landscape. We provide data-driven insights, package rights for market, and unlock new revenue streams. Through our Staylive platform, we power hundreds of streaming services, and our live production department offers remote solutions and content curation that help rights holders reach new audiences.
We're now looking for a Spanish-speaking, driven Commercial Manager to join our team, focusing on Latin American sales - either based in Stockholm or remotely. This role is about forging and leading broadcaster and client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and driving the continued growth of Two Circles' MRLP offering across a dynamic and strategically important region.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow broadcaster and client relationships across the LATAM region, as
- Drive sales of media rights and related services through strategic account
- Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships that expand
- Support the creation of impactful sales materials and tailored proposals that
- Collaborate with colleagues across production, distribution, and marketing to
- Represent Two Circles externally at meetings, industry events, and market fairs -
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in media rights, sports, or entertainment sales, ideally with an
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage
- A proactive, commercial mindset — spotting opportunities, building trust, and
- Highly organised and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritise across different
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) language proficiency essential
- Based in or willing to work regularly from Stockholm is recommended, though not a
- Willingness to travel across LATAM and other key markets as needed
