- Identify and research relevant companies in Sweden
- Execute cold outreach via phone & email, DMs, LinkedIn
- Create interest and book qualified meetings for our AI team
- Track leads and follow up consistently
- Represent INITI AI professionally in all communications
- Outgoing, social, and confident
- Strong communication skills in Swedish
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Comfortable reaching out to businesses
- Interested in AI, tech, or digital services (not required, but a plus)
- Thrives with freedom, responsibility, and flexible work hours
