Cold Caller / Sales Agent (Remote – Sweden Market)

We are currently hiring cold callers and sales agents to join our remote team. We operate across both B2B and B2C campaigns for multiple brands, and we are looking to bring on several new team members.


If you have strong phone sales skills and know how to close, we would like to hear from you.

We offer a highly competitive commission structure within cold calling. We are primarily looking for experienced salespeople who understand closing and want to be rewarded accordingly. At the same time, we also support motivated individuals who have the right attitude and are willing to develop their skills further.


If your goal is to significantly increase your income through performance-based sales, this role offers that opportunity.


How it works:

You can choose the campaigns you work on. We run a mix of:

  • B2B projects (lead generation, appointment setting, qualifying decision-makers)
  • B2C projects (direct-to-consumer sales across different products and price points)


You select the campaigns that match your strengths and preferences.

The role is fully remote. You can work from anywhere, provided you align your working hours with the Swedish market. There are no fixed shifts or minimum hour requirements, but your working hours must match when customers are available.


Some agents work a few focused hours per day, while others choose to work full-time — the structure is flexible.


You will receive onboarding, campaign-specific guidance, and ongoing support from a Team Leader. We do not require strict scripts — you are expected to bring your own sales ability, while we provide the leads, systems, and infrastructure.


What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Swedish (native or near-native) and good English
  • Experience in cold calling (B2B or B2C; both is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to close deals — not just make calls
  • Ability to work within Swedish business hours
  • Self-driven and disciplined, with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable setup (internet, quiet environment, headset)
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining performance
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
