About the Role

Negma is a premium Egyptian cotton linen brand serving boutique hotels, upscale rentals, and luxury hospitality. With production established, we’re now entering our growth phase. We’re looking for a dedicated Co‑Founder to lead sales and hospitality partnerships across Europe.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy targeting hotels & high-end rentals
  • Build and nurture relationships with hospitality decision-makers
  • Manage full B2B sales cycles—from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate on brand positioning, pricing, and sales materials
  • Provide operational and hospitality insights to enhance product-market fit


Desired Experience
  • 5+ years in hospitality (hotel operations, procurement, guest experience, etc.)
  • Proven B2B sales record in hospitality or related industries
  • Strong network within boutique hotels, serviced apartments, or luxury rentals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on, strategic, growth-focused
  • Fluent in English; additional EU language is a plus
