Negma is a premium Egyptian cotton linen brand serving boutique hotels, upscale rentals, and luxury hospitality. With production established, we’re now entering our growth phase. We’re looking for a dedicated Co‑Founder to lead sales and hospitality partnerships across Europe.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy targeting hotels & high-end rentals
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitality decision-makers
- Manage full B2B sales cycles—from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate on brand positioning, pricing, and sales materials
- Provide operational and hospitality insights to enhance product-market fit
- 5+ years in hospitality (hotel operations, procurement, guest experience, etc.)
- Proven B2B sales record in hospitality or related industries
- Strong network within boutique hotels, serviced apartments, or luxury rentals
- Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on, strategic, growth-focused
- Fluent in English; additional EU language is a plus
- Significant equity stake (negotiable, based on contribution)
- Role as co-owner with decision-making authority
- Flexibility to grow the role alongside your current commitments
