NordientAI is building a new standard for how Swedish small and medium-sized companies implement AI, automation, and regulatory compliance. We combine advanced technical capability with strict legal alignment (EU AI Act, GDPR) to deliver a complete solution the market is currently missing.
We are in an early but fast-accelerating phase and are now looking for a co-founder who wants to build the company together with me for real.
Who You Are
You’re not looking for a job.

You have experience in at least one of the following areas:
• AI, data engineering, or automation development
• SaaS or product development
• Consulting and B2B sales
• Business development, growth, or GTM strategy
• Leadership or company building
You have a network, business sense, and the ability to deliver without micromanagement.
You understand early-stage dynamics: urgency, ownership, switching hats, creating structure, getting things done.

What the Role Involves
As a co-founder, you build NordientAI together with me:
• Develop strategy, business model, and service portfolio
• Drive sales, establish partnerships, and build pipeline
• Define delivery standards, processes, and quality
• Recruit and build the team as volume grows
• Represent NordientAI to clients, partners, and the industry
This is a role with high freedom, real ownership, and meaningful impact.
