We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architect – Azure DevOps Server & Hybrid DevOps to support one of our key enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Azure DevOps Server and a passion for driving DevOps transformation across hybrid and highly secure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Azure DevOps Server
- Act as the technical authority across Azure DevOps Server / TFS environments
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade DevOps solutions
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git / TFVC), and build/release infrastructure
- Lead upgrades (TFS → Azure DevOps Server) and support migration to Azure DevOps where applicable
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance
Azure DevOps & GitHub
- Provide expertise across Azure DevOps services including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans
- Support GitHub Enterprise (Cloud and Server) and GitHub Actions automation
- Guide modernization and migration from legacy DevOps tooling
CI/CD & DevSecOps
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM, Bicep, and Terraform
- Apply DevSecOps practices including security scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls
Solution Architecture & Integration
- Architect end-to-end DevOps solutions across on-prem and Azure cloud environments
- Enable integration with enterprise identity, networking, and infrastructure systems
- Align solutions with enterprise architecture standards
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders
- Lead workshops, PoCs, troubleshooting, and production deployments
- Deliver reusable frameworks, documentation, and delivery assets
Governance, Security & Operations
- Ensure secure, compliant DevOps implementations in high-security environments
- Design backup, disaster recovery, and platform optimisation strategies
- Support reliable operations in mission-critical and regulated environments
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps Server / TFS (on-premises)
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git / TFVC), and DevOps practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps platform and GitHub Enterprise
- Solid understanding of hybrid environments (on-prem & Azure) and enterprise integrations
- Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and SQL Server
- Experience working in highly secure or regulated environments
- Fluent Swedish & English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work onsite in secure customer environments
