Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, the CTA will:
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to the Clinical Operations Department and Clinical Study Lead(s) in support of department and project goals.
- Attend clinical study team meetings and generate meeting agenda and minutes.
- Assist the Clinical Operations team with updates on the clinical dosage forecast of IMP and IRT actions in close collaboration with the supply chain team.
- Set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation (e.g. Trial Master File Documents) including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.
- Assist project teams with study specific documentation and guidelines as appropriate.
- Assist the Clinical Operations team with the trial progress tracking by updating the Clinical Trial Management systems or trackers.
- Assist in coordination of vendor payments, if applicable.
- Assist the Clinical Operations team with investigator meeting coordination (DRC meeting, ad-board…), activities preparation and generate meeting minutes.
- Assist in the production of slides, overheads, etc., as needed for projects.
- Assist with the coordination of team member tracking.
- Other duties as assigned
