Clinical Sales Specialist – Scandinavia

Our client is a fast-growing, med-tech company with an established worldwide reputation for producing, revolutionary and disruptive technology in the world of cardiac surgery/perfusion. Due to their continued growth, they are not looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist – Scandinavia to join their team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and effectively follow through with a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Determine the needs/goals of the customer and create solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in the company portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Work closely with other divisions and provide customer feedback for new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications.
  • Complete all administrative reporting accurately and promptly (i.e. expense reports, weekly activity, forecasting).
  • Manage territory, time, schedule, cost-effectively and efficiently within company policy.
  • Conducting clinical customer training for perfusion products.
  • Conducting training at experience centres and customer sites.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the region.
  • Creating and running simulation training programs for customers.
  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing team and providing clinical perfusion expertise.
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing teams at national and international medical conferences.
  • Responsibility for setting up products to customers' specifications before delivery.


To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

  • Bachelor's or Professional Degree.
  • 3 years of a medical device or cardiac surgical products selling experience. Experience in selling to surgeons in cardiac O.R. preferred.
  • Track record of success in a high-pressure sales environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability/willingness to travel.
